Develop a Health & Safety, Fire and Civil Protection site organization;
Elaborate and implement policies and procedures in Health & Safety, Fire and Civil Protection areas, according to Romanian legislation and Group practices;
Coordinate all aspects of resources use, pollution reduction, waste management, environmental health, and risk assessment;
Ensure that the collection of data and the documentation for his area of responsibility and appropriate authorizations are timely and properly done;
Insures the continuous improvement of all aspects of his area of responsibility;
Participate in engineering projects as Health & Safety and Fire specialist;
Coordinate the activities of Health & Safety Committee;
Develop and coordinate internal training for Health & Safety and Fire Protection area;
Ensure reporting of Health & Safety and other aspects.
For one of our clients, a multinational company - leader in hydraulics and fine mechanics, for the new plant in Iasi, we are looking for a Health & Safety Responsible.
Requirements:
University degree in technical field (Mechanics, Electronics);
Health & Safety and Fire Protection certification;
Post-graduate training in Risk assessment and Civil Protection will be a plus;
Advanced knowledge H&S and environmental legal requirements. Knowledge of NFPA, ISO 14000, OHSAS 18000 standards will be a plus;
Good knowledge of MS Office;
Proficiency in English;
Demonstrated experience in a similar role, ideally within the manufacturing industry;
Ability to work under pressure and deal with multiple projects and deadlines;
Passion, dynamic, enthusiasm for the job;
Team oriented, results driven;
High integrity and morality;
Proven leadership abilities.
