This position involves design and creation of graphical elements (e.g. icons, banners, images, complete layouts) for web, designing and changing print ads and development of flash animation or implementation of graphical elements in flash animations. The Graphic Designer uses specific graphic software and animations software in order to obtain requested results and also he/she may help/assist the development team to implement newly created elements. The Graphic Designer must have good communication skills in order to maintain working relationship inside the company.
Required:
- University degree or equivalent level education
- Minimum 2 years design experience as demonstrated through portfolio of work.
- Fluency in PhotoShop & Illustrator
- Knowledge of HTML programming and implementation of graphic elements in HTML layouts
- Accuracy, consistency and an eye for detail.
- Ability to manage competing deadlines and priorities.
- Fluency in English, both written & spoken
Desirable:
- Some experience with Flash, Actionscript 2 & 3
- Free hand drawing skills is a plus
- Experienced at working in a (distributed) team environment
