Reporting directly to the European Lead of the Transition and Service Transformation Team, the Functional Analyst will be part of a team dedicated to the transition and transformation of outsourcing projects and the buildup of Employee service centers in different locations. As part of that team the Functional Analysts will participate in all activities required to such projects from requirement management, Process Design and re-engineering, Documentation and knowledge transfer to Training Design, Testing of People, processes readiness and operations support. The position is based in Barcelona – Spain, requires traveling and a certain level of flexibility to work with people in other time zones.
Project Related Competencies.
Analytical skills in Business process Analysis in the Human Resources or Payroll field. Quickly understands the business issues and data challenges of client's organization and industry. Identifies client organization's strengths and weaknesses and suggests areas of improvement.
Reviews and edits requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution. Develops functional specifications and system design specifications for client engagements.
Assists in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules as well as applies project standards.
Communicates effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions with project management.
Consistently delivers high-quality services to our clients based on company methodologies and best practices.
Exhibits confidence and knowledge of emerging industry practices when solving business problems.
Pushes creative thinking beyond the boundaries of existing industry practices and client mindsets.
Generates enthusiasm among team members.
Facilitates effective team interaction.
Develops relationships with client personnel that foster client ties.
Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
Manages client expectations effectively.
Quality and detail oriented
Bachelor’s degree and University/Master title preferred.
SAP or PSFT expertise is necessary.
Business Process Design and re-engineering in Business process Outsourcing environments.
More than 2 years experience in Business Processes Analysis.
Language skills: Fluent English and one of the following languages: French, German, Spanish
HR and or Payroll background
Call centre environment knowledge
Strong cultural skills by being participated in multi country projects.
Microsoft Office advanced user.
Microsoft Visio design tool is an asset.
