We are looking for an engineer who can support our project leader in the Netherlands. Your task is to make drawings for new or adapted sections in a distribution network for drinking water. The project leader in The Netherlands receives the assignments from the drinking water company, after which he makes a rough design. After that, the engineer has to work out the drawing according to the standards of the drinking water company.
- Responsible for the preparation of sketch design and final design of drinking water pipelines;
- Responsible for drawing details of the connections;
- Using the drinking water regulations for the design of pipelines;
- Calculating quantities;
- Working in accordance with the requirements of ARCADIS and the drinking water company;
- Work out sketch designs to final designs, based on annotations that the project leader or the designer/project leader in The Netherlands indicates.
- Diploma Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering;
- English language (speaking and writing);
- Ambitious and eager to learn the Dutch drinking water techniques;
- Accurate in your design skills;
- Able to work independent and in a team;
- Knowledge of drawing with AutoCAD;
- Communicating sufficient;
- Understanding that we have to respond quickly at the client's questions.
