Key Roles and Responsibilities

Work effectively with clients and colleagues and develop strong working relationships.
Contribute to established best practices through experience gained from projects, customer engagements and research.
Effectively manage time to deliver project components.
Provide status reports and raise issues on a timely basis.
Proactively identify and communicate potential issues and/or risks.
Be able to educate internally by looking for opportunities to increase sales or cut costs.
Developing and implementing best practices
Establishing and maintaining processes to work with departments internally or external agencies.
Overseeing all files/job bags, both physical and digital, ensuring approvals are documented in writing and filed appropriately.


Essential Skills

• Experience in using the Eloqua platform (Certified if possible) it is a plus
• Excellent HTML/JavaScript coding ability
• First class communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience with HTML editing software
• Written and numerical excellence
• Demonstrable and effective time management skills
• Good knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint.
• Demonstrable client/market understanding.
• Ability to work on multiple campaigns at once
• Advanced English
• Any other EMEA language skills are a bonus


Required Experience

Working with Eloqua
Solid understanding of marketing services, through education and practical experience.
Working on multiple, deadline driven campaigns at once.
