The primary role of the Economist - Project Controller is to track and coordinate the progress of the project on a day-to-day basis to ensure that the project is on-track.
Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules;
• Enter data into ERP application from scanned invoices;
• Accuracy and duplicate audit of data entry and invoices;
• Reconciliations and reporting;
• Month close reporting and periodic dashboard reporting as well as ad hoc reporting;
• Monitor cost and commitment through requisition and invoice review;
• Develop and monitor project cost forecasts;
• Proactive controls for avoidance of future errors.
• Bachelor's degree in finance-related field;
• 1-3 years experience in accounting area;
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel;
• Advanced knowledge of English is a must. Knowledge of German is an advantage.
