Direct and provide strategic direction for all areas within the finance function for the Business Group (BG) and its Line of Businesses (LOB).
Overall responsibility for the establishment and maintenance of the BG’s financial planning principles, practices and procedures.
Oversee the preparation and ensure submission and validity of all division or business unit financial reports as required by top management.
Work closely with the BG President and Leadership team to produce internal reports to effectively communicate key financial information and provide financial advice and interpretation of data.
Work alongside financial modellers to develop and maintain robust financial models to support the end to end sales process including negotiation pricing of large outsourcing deals, analysis of complex payment mechanisms, and capital funding.
Provide ad hoc analysis and financial advice to the bid team regarding all aspects of the sales negotiations such as risk, indexation and foreign exchange hedging
Take a proactive role in financial model and client contract reviews
Coordinate with other ACS financial groups to ensure cost modelling, budgets, reforecasts and flashes are consistent for internal business units
Coordinate and consolidate all weekly financial flashes; quarterly 12 month financial and capital forecasts; and annual financial and capital budgets form the business units to corporate ACS including setting guidelines, deadlines and policies
Coordinate and consolidate all monthly financial management, variance and other analysis and detail reports for submission to corporate ACS
Oversee, manage and interact with LOB controllers on a daily basis in support of their operating needs
Develop and maintain teaming relationships with Lines of Business executives in operations, finance and sales.
Manage heavy workload in a highly competitive and visible area involving confidential information.
Provides guidance and training to less experienced staff to solve problems and seek alternative solutions.
Makes recommendations to improve, enhance or streamline the quality of policies, processes, and procedures for gathering data and providing output

Excellent communication skills regarding both financial / non-financial information and both written and spoken
Advanced MicroSoft Excel skillset
Prior experience of Outsourcing Sales Process & Negotiation (not essential)
Strong understanding of financial statements: Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow including application of US GAAP.
Superior time management skills to manage projects with aggressive and time-sensitive deadlines.
Degree in a math / finance / business and accounting related subject
ACA, CIMA or CPA qualified
10 – 15 years experience in finance / accounting
