- Working closely and offering support to our client in order to establish all the necessary requirements of certain Marketing Campaigns;
- Creating the target audience. Generate lists from simple extracts to more complex assignments using query language (SQL);
- Quality validation of the data;
- Have a good understanding of the data relating to the country you are assigned to;
- Analysis for customer profiling, segmentation and campaign tracking;
-Involve in activities meant to increase the quality of our services, analyze and improve existing processes
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Math, Statistics, Business Information Systems, Economics or a related field; Masters a plus;
- 1-3 years of work experience in database marketing, IT, Marketing or any related field;
- Preferably experience in supporting databases for a marketing team;
- Direct Marketing, database marketing knowledge;
- Business Analytics; ability to summarize analytical data into user-friendly reports translating highly technical, detailed data into appropriate reports and recommendations;
- Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications;
- SQL database language querying;
- Strong proficiency in Excel;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- First class organizational skills;
- Good team player;
- Language skills: English (mandatory). Preferably a second language as: French, Italian, Spanish, German, Dutch, Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Finnish)
- Experience working with campaign management applications and business intelligence tools is a plus
