• Provide data quality reports and analysis on lists containing customer profiling data.
• Create user defined tables in Relational Client Database, according to specific pre-formatting
• Conduct matching processes between external list against Client Database
• Database Auditing, Data Cleaning, Data Manipulation
• Be involved in activities meant to increase the quality of our services, analyze and improve existing processes
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science or any related field
• Preferably experience in supporting databases for a marketing team;
• Database marketing knowledge;
• Business Analytics; ability to summarize analytical data into user-friendly reports translating highly technical, detailed data into appropriate reports and recommendations;;
• SQL database language querying;
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Access;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• First class organizational skills;
• Good team player;
• Language skills: advanced English (mandatory). Preferably a second language as:
French
Italian
Spanish
German
Dutch
Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Finnish)
• Experience working with campaign management applications and business intelligence tools is a plus.
