RESPONSABILITATI

Working closely and offering support to our client in order to establish all the necessary requirements of certain Marketing Campaigns;
• Creating the target audience. Generate lists from simple extracts to more complex assignments using query language (SQL);
• Quality validation of the data;
• Have a good understanding of the data relating to the country you are assigned to;
• Analysis for customer profiling, segmentation and campaign tracking;
• Involve in activities meant to increase the quality of our services, analyze and improve existing processes


CERINTE

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Math, Statistics, Business Information Systems, Economics or a related field; Masters a plus;
• 1-3 years of work experience in database marketing, IT, Marketing or any related field;
• Preferably experience in supporting databases for a marketing team;
• Direct Marketing, database marketing knowledge;
• Business Analytics; ability to summarize analytical data into user-friendly reports translating highly technical, detailed data into appropriate reports and recommendations;
• Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications;
• SQL database language querying;
• Strong proficiency in Excel;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• First class organizational skills;
• Good team player;
• Language skills: English (mandatory). Preferably a second language as: French, Italian, Spanish, German, Dutch, Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Finnish)
• Experience working with campaign management applications and business intelligence tools is a plus.
