Good knowledge of English
Database administration
Database backup and recovery
Database performance tuning
Database networking
Database administration tools (SQL*Plus, Oracle Enterprise Manager or third party tools like TOAD, PL/SQL Developer)
SQL, PL/SQL
Experience performing standard database testing and data analysis
Technical background pertaining to database design, data extraction and manipulation
