RESPONSABILITATI

To maintain and validate key marketing data collected as a function of marketing programs

Main assignments are:

- Identification of missing contact account information.

- Obtaining missing contact account information by:
- Outbound calling to customer
- Using web based tools

- Telecleansing of business card data e.g. validating existing data, filling data gaps.

- Validation of returned mail.

- Data entry activities


CERINTE

- Prior data entry experience is a plus

- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients at all levels within the organization. Client ¿ focused.

- Common Sense approach to tasks. Works on own initiative.

- Flexible and proactive ¿ willing to learn new programs, tasks and skills.

- First class organisational skills - potential large volumes of data to be entered

- Detail oriented ¿ data entry must be accurate

- Works well under pressure ¿ timely entry of important data. High throughput - able to work quickly, but not at the expense of accuracy

- Target focused.
