RESPONSABILITATI

Identification of missing contact account information.
Obtaining missing contact account information by:
- Outbound calling to customer
- Using web based tools

Telecleansing of business card data e.g. validating existing data, filling data gaps.

Validation of returned mail.

Entering responses from:
- Web forms
- email responses
- Returned mail (nixies)
- Pre/post event registration forms
- Telemarketing responses
- Specific lists provided by sales

Identification of persistent data quality problems and highlighting these with the Team Leader

Strategic Projects as required. E.g. Manual DUNS number assigment.


CERINTE

- Prior data entry experience
- Knowledge of country specific data quality standards (knowledge of more than one country would be an advantage)
- Experience of inputting international data
- Excellent Communication skills ¿ ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients at all levels within the organization. Client ¿ focused.
- Common Sense approach to tasks. Works on own initiative.
- Flexible and proactive ¿ willing to learn new programs, tasks and skills.
- First class organisational skills - potential large volumes of data to be entered
- Detail oriented ¿ data entry must be accurate
- Works well under pressure ¿ timely entry of important data. High throughput - able to work quickly, but not at the expense of accuracy
- Target focused.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

- Local language skills to include one or more of the following (in addition to your native language) English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, Portuguese, Flemish, or Danish.
English as secondary language

- Can-do attitude

- Good team player

- Self motivated, able to work on own initiative
