RESPONSABILITATI

• Understand and demonstrate/ lead by example on behaviours as defined in the Global Core Competencies ;
• Taking ownership for ensuring all tasks are seen through to completion;
• Encourage high team performance and continuing team improvement;
• Actively promote quality and encourage team work;
• Support management team in delivery of communications and change ;
• Ability to work off own initiative and upward manage where required;
• Actively participate in coaching and training;
• Is an ambassador for risk, with sound knowledge of and adherence to compliance policies e.g. Clear Desk Policy, Locked Pedestals and Cupboards, Data Protection Act etc.


CERINTE

• Effective customer service skills with proven experience in a service delivery environment;
• Sound written and verbal communication skills (in English);
• Experienced in Microsoft Office Suite;
• Evidence of prioritising various tasks to meet deadlines.
