Working as part of a supportive team, taking in-bound telephone calls from the employees of our clients’ customers that need help with their IT systems
Diagnosing problems and resolving as many as possible on initial contact
Accurately recording and classifying all incoming calls with the appropriate priority, category and call summary details or error messages
Proactive flagging incidents to more experienced technical staff when needed
Meeting or exceeding the level of Service when responding to all incoming incidents;
Accurate and timely hand off to other resolving teams.
Excellent English or French language skills both verbal and written.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Professional telephone manner.
PC skills (Word, Excel, Internet)
Flexible, well-motivated team player, ability to work under pressure.
