RESPONSABILITATI

 Working as part of a supportive team, taking in-bound telephone calls from the employees of our clients’ customers that need help with their IT systems
 Diagnosing problems and resolving as many as possible on initial contact
 Accurately recording and classifying all incoming calls with the appropriate priority, category and call summary details or error messages
 Proactive flagging incidents to more experienced technical staff when needed
 Meeting or exceeding the level of Service when responding to all incoming incidents;
 Accurate and timely hand off to other resolving teams.


CERINTE

 Excellent English or French language skills both verbal and written.
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 Professional telephone manner.
 PC skills (Word, Excel, Internet)
 Flexible, well-motivated team player, ability to work under pressure.
