RESPONSABILITATI

Our client is a multinational company, one of the most important players in the IT domain, with branches all over the world.

Responsibilities:

- offering client support in the adequate language through the means of telephone and email;
- identifying and solving the problems, if possible, from the first contact with the client;
- registering the identified situations.


CERINTE

- advanced knowledge in one or more of the following languages: German, Dutch, Spanish, Italian and French, both written and spoken;
- good English knowledge;
- good IT knowledge in the following areas: hardware, software, networking;
- UNIX knowledge represents an advantage;
- university studies in progress or finalized;
- previous experience in a support center or call center represents an advantage.
