• Maintain contact with customer representatives for customer issues;
• Record customer incidents and resolution steps in database;
• Update the customer portals according with database information;
• Be part of the Problem Solving Team for customer issues;
• Translate relevant documentation attached to returned parts (German to English);
• Download and prepare the field data.
• Technical degree in Mechanical field – advantage;
• Experience in automotive field is an advantage;
• Good technical skills;
• Be able to understand and explain technical subjects internally or to customer;
• Good problem solving skills;
• Very good teamwork and interpersonal skill;
• Advanced knowledge of Office tools, especially Excel;
• Proficient English and German Languages.
