Analyzes RFPs from a contractual perspective
Tracks modifications to contracts and sub-contracts
Assists with the preparation of teaming agreements, client correspondences, and pricing proposals.
Assembles technical inputs, prepares and modifies contract documents
Manages contractual obligate deliverable lists
Processes subcontractor Change requests, invoices, contractual inquiries
Prepares RFPs to send to subcontractors
Supports to negotiates task orders, delivery orders, and contract changes
Participates in monthly client governance meetings.
Creates proposal schedules, compliance matrices, RFP overviews, ground rules and assumptions, and other forms as needed.
High flexibility to support also during non normal working hours and 25% travel shall be assumed
Serve as point-of-contact for customers, auditors, contracting officers and Xerox officials as well as sub and prime contractors.
A good legal background and preferred an outsourcing background (mostly preferred HR but not necessary). Should have worked in a similar environment for a minimum of 2-3 years preferred would be 3-6 years of relevant knowledge.
