- ensuring on-going contractual administration for international outsourcing projects
- monitor contractual obligations and Service Level Agreements
- supporting management decisions by providing contractual advice in points of conflict, contractual claims
- liaise between corporate legal department and the accounts Management
- provide assessments on different areas of the contracts to support cost savings or cost avoidance
- drafting and/or support the drafting of contracts, amendments and extensions to existing contracts
- previous experience in an IT multinational company with knowledge of the outsourcing/IT business; and
- preferable with a legal background; and/or
- commercial contracts administration experience (min. 2 years); and/or
- contracts audit and compliance experience (min 2 years).
