The main focus of a UMS consultant is the implementation of the UMS integrated system (see http://www.ums.ro/) within Romanian universities.
Collecting and primary sorting of specific data from our client universities, in order to allow the further configuration of the UMS system, tailored on their particular process/flux/data needs.
Analyzing specific processes and data fluxes associated with the client institution. Preparing specific documentation associated with the implementation process.
Collecting and sorting client specific data, preparing specific status reports solicited by the management;
Field trips to the client site in order to install and configure the UMS system, to import data or to give training or assistance to their employees;
Giving on-line support to UMS clients;
Collecting data on the eventual problems that might appear during the implementation phase, monitoring and documenting the issue solving process;
Phone based client service related activities.

Bachelor's Degree (preferably Informatics or Business Informatics)
Work experience of at least 2 years
Working experience as an IT Consultant would be considered a major advantage;
Client processing experience might be a plus;
Ability to work in a challenging, rapidly changing environment
