POSITION PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF WORK:
Play as a Subject Matter Expert;
Responsible for ongoing support, SLA's, and enhancement of applications;
Maintains business functions and combines that Develops use cases, test plans, test scripts and test cases;
Executes test plans and test scripts , cases to ensure system changes are aligned with business requirements;
Through a wide range of business knowledge is able to serve as a key resource to coordinate and resolve SAP issues, by thoroughly understanding the integration associated with R/3 functionality.
Personal Qualities:
2-3 Years of experience in SAP Finance.
Experience supporting customer remotely.
Ability to work on tickets independently
Ability to handle tickets efficiently;
Ability to work on tickets;
Excellent English language skills;
Good Communication and follow up skills required.
