As a Commercial Manager, you will manage and be responsible for the contractual, commercial and risk elements of the service delivery. You will provide advice and guidance to the management team, monitor and report performance and protect the interest of the stakeholders. You will need to ensure work is completed on time, to exacting standards and deliver the highest levels of occupant care at all times.
- 3+ years in a similar position;
- ERP experience is preferred
- excellent working knowledge of commercial procedures;
- good knowledge and experience of working within strict TQM policies and processes;
- candidate must be able to show experience of devising and delivering commercial strategies;
- candidate must have demonstrated a high degree of planning, organizational, analytical, and financial skills and be able to partner and communicate with all levels of organization.
