RESPONSABILITATI

The following skills are required for this role:

• An advanced level of English
• Intermediate experience in Microsoft Office Suite especially EXCEL
• Effective customer service skills i.e. follow up on requests with internal and external clients
• Strong attention to detail


Key activities include:

• Ensure that local classrooms and meetings room are properly set up and equipped. Occasional local travel to third party facilities providers to check suitability for events
• Provide on-site contact for delegates and tutors and work with local facilities staff to resolve any equipment and material delivery issues etc.
• Occasional in-person support for local off-site training events
• Ensure proper take down of training rooms, especially where the programme owners specifies that confidential materials have been used
• Liaise with the local IT organization in the set-up of virtual classroom sessions, or sessions that use teleconference facilities
• Provide visa letters for international delegates

The role: Client Learning Administrator
We are looking for several Client Learning Administrators to join our efforts in offers learning administration support on a client site, offering on-site support as the ‘front end’ of a learning administration service, supported by centralized ‘back office’

Our future colleagues should have a minimum 6 month experience in an administrative role where dealing with clients or other parts of the organisation was a feature. However, attitude and the willingness to take on a broad range of tasks are just as important
