Assures the development, organization and management of the branch in conformity with the legislation in force, with the bank¿s development policy and strategic objectives.
Represents the Branch.
Generates and develops business; responsible for increasing the client portfolio and business volume.
Negotiates transactions, interest rates and commissions and submits them to Head-Office for approval.
Manages the assets and liabilities of the Branch in order to maximize the profit and take reasonable risk; responsible for Branch profitability.
university degree (economics sciences or MBA),
previous experience in management or direct sales area with another bank (minimum 3 years),
very good knowledge of English language (spoken and written),
good knowledge of man management and project management,
excellent interpersonal and communication skills, organizational skills and sales abilities,
analysis and synthesis capability.
