- Ultimate responsible for the overall Branch activity/ budget
- Represents the bank in third parties relationships, according to approved lists of signatures
- Local implementation of CBD strategy
- Motivation of Branch’ staff
- Establishes the training plans and forwards them to the Human Resources department
- Performs the selection of the new employees and the promotion within the Branch, according to the internal rules
- Co-ordinates the performance appraisal of the Branch employees
- Ensures that a high quality level of customer service is delivered
- Defines and fulfills the annual Branch budget, in order to ensure the set KPIs
- Establishes an effective mechanism for identifying target groups in each preferred sector
- Takes action to organize the activities, by setting prioritize and sharing responsibilities among the employees
- Implement effective mechanisms to ensure that customer satisfaction standards are achieved and continuously improved
- Ensures the regularity, accuracy and effectiveness of the reporting to the Regional Corporate Manager
- Represents the branch in the local business and administrative community
- Continuously feedback to Head Office, for processes improvement
- Establishes an effective mechanism to generate market intelligence from the local community fields sales force and make it available to the Head Office
- Has a say in defining working procedures related to the customer service, before these procedures are implemented
- Leverages the cross-selling potential to Retail products
- Implements the most appropriate communication standards with both: internal and external customers
- All responsibilities of the position holder are completed by internal working procedures & regulations. The job holder is responsible to know and be updated with procedures in force
- University degree (preferably in Economics), training on various topics (trade, lending, leadership, etc.)
- 3 - 4 years experience in Corporate banking, with at least 1 year in a leading/ managerial position
- Exposure with complex deals/ financing structures
- Good knowledge of banking transactions and the market
Language skills: fluent written & spoken English
- Good communication skills (for internal and acquisition purposes)
- Capability to work independently at all stages of a transactions including decision making
- Team spirit

- Good negotiator (both with other departments and with customers)
