Persoana angajata ca ASISTENT MEDICAL DE LABORATOR in cadrul laboratorului Synevo Iasi va avea atributii specifice activitatii unui laborator modern; va verifica conditiile preanalitice a probelor, va sorta probele conform procedurilor de lucru, va efectua analizele medicale si va valida in sistemul informatic rezultatele departamentului in care lucreaza. De asemenea, va efectua calibrarile si controalele interne si a celorlalte controale impuse de sistemul calitatii si va respecta manualul de proceduri de lucru.
Candidatul /a la postul de ASISTENT MEDICAL DE LABORATOR in cadrul laboratorului Synevo Iasi va fi o persoana motivata, cu abilitatea de a asimila si de a invata rapid un soft specializat pe activitatea de laborator, va putea lucra pe aparatura medicala de ultima generatie, va fi un bun comunicator in cadrul departamentului in care lucreaza si cu ceilalti colegi din laboratoarele retelei Synevo.
Va fi absolvent de studii de specialitate ( experienta relevanta in domeniul de laborator va fi extrem de importanta).
Va fi un bun utilizator al computerului;
Va avea toate certificarile si acreditarile necesare desfasurarii activitatii la zi - de ex. Autorizatia de libera practica medicala;
O cultura organizationala bazata pe tranparenta, deschidere, incredere reciproca si un loc de munca intr-un laborator care sustinand ideea de calitate, prin tot ceea ce face "adauga valoare diagnosticului"
