Responsibilities:
Reducing the time of electromechanical stops of the production lines.
Improving uptime by organizing the maintenance, the repair of the installations.
Managing the maintenance activities.
Insuring a safe and healthy workplace for employees and contractors.
Performing continuous improvements on machines.
Coaching employees.
Realizing less breakdowns, higher speed and quality..
Reporting to production manager and cooperating with engineers.
Professional experience in caster and hydraulics.
Experience in cooperating with blue-collar workers.
Leadership skills.
Inventive and innovative attitude.
Safety spirit.
Hands-on mentality.
