The Role :
• Day - to-day duties include handling inbound and outbound Will calls to and from end- users , dealers and resellers
• When required to handle customer queries Written formats such as email, fax , letter or IM
• Identify , analyze and find solutions to customer Issues related to the use year / or configuration of the products and services of the company
