- Manage and oversee all aspects of the Finance & Accounting functions of the company. Great emphasis will be given to improving processes and implementing in the organization current best business practices
- Develop and implement the financial strategy of the company in the context of an ambitious investment program.
- Initiate, develop and maintain relationships with banks and other financial institutions with the aim of securing the funds necessary for the implementation of company development plan and the day to day operations of the company.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Previous relevant experience in a similar position;
- Accounting certification is considered a plus (ACCA, CPA, or Romanian equivalent)
Preference given to the following
- Successful track-record in managing sizable investment plans
- Experience with IFRS reporting standards
- Good command of English

- Ability to communicate, negotiate and manage well at all level
- Keen sense of business ethics and integrity
