Public Euroconsulting, on behalf of our client , a leading Internet Company in Hamburg, is looking for a User Experience Director to take control of its product, with responsibility for planning, branding and positioning, as well as keeping track of the market.
Job title: User Experience Director
Location: Hamburg, Germany
Responsibilities:
- Work with product and program managers, engineers and designers throughout the lifecycle
- Responsible for the concept and coordination of the commercial components of the product
- Contribute strategically to fast evolving user oriented products
- Definition of brand positioning and value propositions
- Analyze the market and the competition, tracking the company’s position in the market
Profile:
- Degree in human computer interaction (HCI), business, marketing or equivalent experience
- At least three years of experience with web based applications
- Strong focus on the quality of the user experience
- Excellent communication and presentation as well as interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of prototyping from whiteboard to HTML / JavaScript, Axure and Balsamiq
- Strong collaboration skills, capable of inspiring engineers
- Experience with shaping, influencing and marketing a user experience
- Ideally experience working in a multinational environment
- Experience with multimedia and cross-channel campaigns
- Fluent English is required
