Public Euroconsulting, on behalf of our client, an IT Company in Ludwigshafen, is looking for a UNIX – System Administrator to further develop the platform and drive the service forward.
Job title: UNIX – System Administrator
Location: Ludwigshafen, Germany
Responsibilities:
- Installation, administration and maintenance of the UNIX Systems
- Implementation and optimization of Migrations, Shell - Scripting, as well as Performance and Problem Management
- Creation and Optimization from the company documentation
Profile:
- Several years of professional experience as System Administrator
- Degree in IT or similar or successful apprenticeship
- Several years of experience in UNIX environment, such as Linux, HP-UX, AIX
- Knowledge of Cluster Pacemaker, KVM, OpenStack, Cluster HP Service Guard, Cluster Power HA, LPAR and Virtual I/O Server
- Analytical skills and team oriented approach
- Independent way of working
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in English
