My client is the leading service provider for Effective Solutions in the Areas of customer relationship management , customer care, supply chain management , finance , mail , Data and IT . They are working in partnership with more than 100 global players and is located right Where Their Customers Need Them .
At the moment we're looking for Trilingual (Dutch / German / English ) Tech Support Representatives to join one of the most SUCCESSFUL teams of our client Potsdam , Germany .




Daily duties :

- Answering inbound calls to the Customer 's professional and polite way . (Dutch / German )
- Provide Customers with all relevant information and services .
- Administration of daily correspondence ( e-mails , fax , post )
- Providing service excellence by efficiently problem- solving and reacting to customer Situations in the professional , polite and immediate manner.
- daily updates of customer database
- Perform Other related duties.

CERINTE

Requirements :

- fluent ( ideally native -like ) level of Dutch and German , Good level of English
- Previous experience in Customer Care Service / Call Centre / Tech Support
- Good knowledge of Desktop Computer System / OS ( Windows ) / Microsoft Office ( Networking is year advantage )
- High level of communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and immediate problem- solving skills
- " YES ! Can do " attitude
- Willing to perform and progress
