- Coordinate and intstructs the drivers team
- Checking truck equipment every time needed
- Following truck documents and validity dates
- Following trucks inspections, revisions and accidents
- Control and organize parking area in order to avoid blocking ramps or access routes
- Checking and calculating trucks consumption
- Supervise trailer locations (ramps, parking area) and inform planning department in order to have good and quick organization
- Minimum 1 years in transport coordinator
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Higher education in logistics and transport would be strong advantage
- Fluent knowledge of English Language, German would be a huge advantage
- Excellent time management
