Our client is a global leader in the development and production of photomasks for chip production and the manufacture of integrated circuits. For a client we are looking for permanent employment. The location of the company is in a big and beautifull city from Saxony, Germany.
This activity includes the following main tasks:
optimization of the production line of a leading global photomask manufacturer to support the zero-defects-objective;
Responsibility for high-tech inspection equipment including some of the serious defect inspection system;
Work closely with customers and partners and support of those in the production of high-quality microprocessors and logic and memory products;
Coordination of a team of engineers and the acquisition of organizational responsibility;
Support the production line, management of resources, the project management and the coordination of on-site services of the equipment manufacturer and development partner;
Ensure production support for modern Defect Inspection processes, based on sophisticated laser scanning technologies;
Work closely with customers and membership in a worldwide network of experts.
Our requirements:
You have a university degree in physics, material sciences, electrical engineering or a related field and have professional experience in the manufacturing of high-end products;
You have experience in the management of employees and the management of resources;
You are accustomed to take responsibility and to work independently;
You have good communication skills (in English) and feel comfortable in an international environment.
