• Project and Site Management with Day – to –day planning and follow up in offshore Wind
Farm Construction Project.
• Break down of the project program to a level where day to day planning and follow up is
possible in collaboration with Installation project manager and Technical project Manager
• Update progress on a daily basis based on information entered to the Daily Progress reports.
• Evaluate progress in collaboration with Site Management and installation leads. Ensure data
are correct, and there is consistency between DPR’s and Primavera. Align with Site
management in securing consistent reporting from Site additional responsibilities as of Job
description (e.g. claim management support, site progress measurement, manning, tracking of
site costs)

• Critical Path Method
• Moderation and conflict management skills
• Presentation skills
• Moderation and conflict management skills
• English, fluent; German is a plus
• MS Office, advanced knowledge
• Access, basic knowledge
• Primavera P6, expert
• A basic understanding of manufacturing and construction sequencing / planning
• Proven experience in medium to large scale projects
• Experience from Working at Construction Sites
DEPENDING ON THE EXPERIENCE:
lower salary for beginner, high salary for professionals with 10 years of experience
