Public Euroconsulting, on behalf of our client , a leading Internet Company in Zurich, is looking for a Product Manager that could join their team in Zurich and Berlin, in order to manage broad-ranging responsibilities from the start and drive ideas independently with solid business judgement.
Job title: Senior Product Manager
Location: Berlin/Zurich Germany
Responsibilities:
- Become the owner of a product enjoyed by millions of people
- Conduct testing based on customer needs and users feedback
- Drive permanent innovation and refinement of the product and its features
- Identify market opportunities and define product vision and strategy
- Work closely with Design and UX on wire framing
- Define Key Performance Indicators
- and use them to prioritize features and to measure success
- Coordinate language translations
- Development of product ́s texts
- Monitor and analyze competitive and industry trends
Profile:
- BA/BS Degree
- MS, MBA, or PhD in Engineering, Design or Business Management with distinction from an elite
- university is an important plus
- 5+ years of experience as Product Manager in an Internet company
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to derive actionable insights from data
- Experience in quickly grasping business requirements and technical possibilities
- Ability to efficiently manage different styles, cultures and skill sets
- High level expertise in developing clear technical messaging for users
- Energy and strong drive complemented with empathy and tact
- Openminded, confident, optimist and positive personality
- Experience in agile development systems (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) is a plus
- Fluent communication skills in English
