Our client supplies state of the art software implementation of the 3GPP LTE physical layer and protocol stack for infrastructure devices and terminals. Founded in 2006, the company has assembled a remarkable team of proven experts in MIMO algorithms, Software Defined Radio technology and LTE system design. Together with its silicon partners,our client offers complete solutions for manufacturers of macrocells, picocells, femtocells, data cards, wireless modules, wireless modems, and mobile phones.
Our client urgently needs an experienced Hardware Development Engineer (+5 years) to work in Germany for limited time (4-5 months).
Role:
- define the baseband HW architecture for infrastructure and terminal solutions
- define the HW requirements and components
- do the electrical design and electronic schematic entry
- coordinate the PCB layouting and manufacturing
- do the lab testing
Desired Qualifications:
- degree in electrical engineering
- several years of industrial experience in design of digital PCBs
- experience in design of mixed signal circuits is welcome but not mandatory
- experience in handling and programming FPGA and DSP circuits is welcome
- distinct personal skills
