In order to grow and become one of the leading eShops in Europe, a leading eCommerce Startup in Hamburg is currently looking for a Senior Java Developer to strengthen their team.
Responsibilities
• Further develop and improve the existing eCommerce platform
• Contribute to high performance web applications with your expertise
• Integrate yourself into an interdisciplinary team of QA engineers, UX experts to drive the project forward
• Deep experience with Java, Spring and RESTful web services
• Hands on experience with scalability and high traffic web solutions
• Experience with eCommerce platforms
• Experience with Template Engines such as Freemarker
• Non-relational databases such as NoSQL are familiar concepts
• Hands on experience with Linux, Git, Tomcat, Jenkins
• Ideally experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
• Great communication skills and team oriented mindset
• Passionate about web technologies in general and new trends
• Proficient in English
