You gained experiences with web applications and complex projects
You improved your AS3-skills during 3-5 years of work experience (OOP)
You feel at home using good methods of software engineering
You acquired a deep understanding of PHP, HTML, CSS, MySQL and JavaScript (Python is a plus)
You know how to manage client/server communication via XML and HTTP
You have a good eye for design and animation
