-Cunostinte minime hardware, identificare probleme hardware, inspectare loguri Windows -nivel mediu;
-Cunostinte retelistica - IP, WiFi, routing, firewall –cunostinte minimale;
-Aptitudini helpdesk - preluare, analiza si rezolvare probleme minore si conlucrare cu restul departamentului in cazul problemelor mai dificile;
-Limba engleza (nivel mediu) ;
-Baze de date SQL (nivel de baza);

-Minimal knowledge of hardware, hardware problems identification, inspection log-level on Windows environment;
