My client is the most experienced and truly largest global contact center outsourcer in the world. According to the culture of the Group, she believes it is critical that they maintain a physical presence in each country in order to understand the local market and perform to exceed expectations. She has physical contact centers in 50 countries worldwide and serves more than 75 markets in over 66 languages for many of the world’s largest, most successful companies. Their core business is full spectrum CRM/BPO contact center solutions.
Daily duties:
- Technical support for an internet provider.
- Handle queries from commercial clients.
- Teamwork in order to get speedy solution to problems.
- Understand all customer queries and respond in a professional and frinendly manner.
- Prioritise issues in order to maintain quality of service.


Benefit:
- A salary of € 1 000 (gross) per month.
- 300 € Performance bonus after the Training Period is completed.
- Relocation Package (1 week accommodation in hotel).

Requirements:
- Fluent in German to support the German market. English language skills need to be good to understand and contribute to internal communication within company.
- Conveys information clearly and effectively both written and verbal and active listening skills.
- Problem solving.
- Must have strong initiative, be positive and a quick learner.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment when necessary.
- Computer literate, good Technical and troubleshooting skills.
