A young, innovative payment transaction provider is looking for a PHP Backend Developer to become part of their team and actively help to shape the rapid growth of the company.
Responsibilities
• Agile software development
• Continuous integration in PHP 5 with ZEND Framework (including analysis, design, coding, and unit tests of complex development assignments with JIRA project tracking)
• Development and optimization of backend applications (RESTful, MySQL, XML)
• Extensive experience with e-commerce processes (payment systems, APIs, hosting, performance, security, etc.
• Your are familiar with PHPUnit, RESTful, SVN, GitHub, OOP, ORM, TDD, design patterns, and web frameworks
• High degree of initiative, problem-solving skills, conceptual abilities
• Elementary knowledge of front-end development (using HTML and adequate knowledge of JavaScript)
• Extensive experience with PHP 5.X (5.3 preferred), also with RESTful API
• You already used ZEND Framework and Doctrine 2 on several projects
• You are familiar with agile development, PHPUnit, and continuous integration
• Extensive experience with MySQL databases – experience in NoSql (e.g. MongoDB) would be an advantage
• Proficient in English, German is an advantage.
