Final inspection:
- Carrying out UT- inspections in an independent capacity
(acc. to PV 0026.0-00000-2 and PA-1.0102).
- Carrying out MT/ PT-inspections in an independent capacity
(acc. to PV 0026.0-00000-2 and PA-1.0102).
- Checking radiographic films and records if necessary
(acc. to PV 0026.0-00000-2, PA-1.0102).
- Dimension Check in accordance to PA-1.0102.
- Evaluating of already performed and documented manufacturer examination results.
- Check of final documentation in accordance with TLV and PA-1.0102.
Minimum requirements:
- The inspector must have extensive experiences in UT-examination of welded components (min. 3 years).
- The inspector must have extensive experiences in VT/ MT/ PT-examination of welded components.
- The inspector must have extensive experiences in RT-examination (assessment of RT-films).
Only if RT examination is demanded. Component dependent.
- Certification minimum level 2 UT//MT/ PT acc. to DIN EN 473 or SNT-TC-1A must be available. VT level 1.
- Certification minimum level 2 RT acc. to DIN EN 473 or SNT-TC-1A must be available.
Only if RT examination is demanded. Component dependent.
- The inspector must be familiar with technical documentations.
- For special cases a supervisor (level 3) must be available.
