A) Technical requirements
Very good knowledge of common network topologies, host systems, computer operation systems, major software products such as the Microsoft or McIntosh environment, standard and printer software as well as very good knowledge of the interfaces for hardware electronics / mechanics

Very good knowledge of conception and organisation of trainings
Good comprehension of common programming languages (not actual programming)
Very good knowledge of the laser Printer and Copier market and products, incl. the respective vendors of these products as well as the competency to recognise trends and developments in the IT area
Very good knowledge of the international IT market, especially concerning competitive products, existing service organisations and the new coming products and trends in the IT area
Very good knowledge of electronic photographic techniques, printing, faxing, scanning
Deep technical understanding combined with respective knowledge of electronic photographic technologies, printer systems and copy systems preferably

Pronounced economic thinking and administrative acting
Customer and solution oriented thinking and acting
Pronounced skills in negotiation, coordination and organisation
Experience in functional and personal leading of staff
Very good knowledge in project management
Very good analytic intellectual power
Very good written and oral presentation style, sovereign, binding manners
Very good knowledge of the English language, oral and written
Willingness to travel regularly

Tasks to be handled by the person independent:

Conception of the contents and planning of technical product trainings for Client printer and copier products for all Client sales companies, distributors and OEM partners

Conception of the contents and planning of special trainings for all Client sales companies and distributors
Creation of the technical documentation of all Client printer and copy products incl. technical manual
Coordination of the whole hardware and software support for Client sales companies, distributors and OEM partners
Initiative resp. support and supervising of hardware and software relevant on-site tests, functional testing and analysing of qualitiy
Supporting the further development, eg. of drivers, interfaces, software systems and all other software products
coordinated with Client and external developers
Take over of other tasks according directions of the superior

50% of the job is team management. The candidate should have had such responsibility beforehand for several years (3-5).
50% of the job requirement is an excellent technical knowhow - basically more concentrating in the software side rather than hardware side.
The salary range is between 50.000 Euro up to 75.000 per year but all depends on the person?s age, experience, knowlledge, etc.
