Ability to lead a team of Flash developers
Experience in programming with teams of developers.
Extensive experience in multimedia development using Flash.
Advanced Actionscript programming skills.
Able to interact well with programme manager and customer.
Experience in developing in a structured environment applying formal configuration management and quality assurance procedures.
Ability to read and write in English.
An interest in and knowledge of aircraft would be an advantage.
Knowledge of Flash CS3 and Actionscript3 would be an advantage.
