Responsibilities:
Create processes to Identify and solve user related issues
Develop testing and troubleshooting procedures
Manage overall infrastructure
Handle issue and incident reporting
Communicate decisions priorities and project information to respective staff members
Report to management on a regular basis
Your profile:
MANDATORY: Software Development and Operations, Linux, Networking, Print, infrastructure
IMPORTANT: IT Desaster Recovery Plan, troubleshoot, reporting, analytics, testing and fixing system
issues, improving performance and reliability, infrastructure management
PREFERABLE: RPM and DEB packages
SOFT SKILLS: Fluent in English (German is a bonus), Pro-active, flexible, self-managed, good
communication skills, position in Berlin (DE)
