Our client is a global leader in the development and production of photomasks for chip production and the manufacture of integrated circuits. The job is available at the location of the company, in a big and beautiful city from Saxony, Germany.
The activity includes the following main tasks:
- Optimization of manufacturing processes for the production of photomasks from an integrative perspective;
- Developing technical solutions and the customers of our clients in the semiconductor industry support, to manufacture high quality and competitive products;
- Creation of Materialroadmap and the evaluation and introduction of new photomasks - substrates as a technical expert in the field of mask substrate;
- Responsibility for processing technical questions and problems from the pilot production;
- Technical interface function to Blank suppliers and assisting in the Preparing specifications for mask blanks (blanks);
- Support and advice of the corresponding individual processes in improving the performance with respect to Blank material-related issues, technical solutions to extend the life of photomasks in close cooperation with our parent companies extension;
- Responsibility for the topics defect density and yield on all production lines and conducting variance analysis and initiating and guiding cross-departmental improvement activities to reduce the defect density.
- You have successfully completed your studies in physics, physical chemistry, materials science or a related field;
- You have experience in dealing with methods and techniques of Defect density reduction and material analysis - Experience in the production of photomasks or nanostructuring is an advantage;
- You have good communication skills (in English) as well as the willingness to work in international teams;
- You are able to take over the technical guidance of experts to solve complex problems;
- You have knowledge of statistical data analysis (SPC, PCA, etc.), programming skills in R or a similar programming language are advantageous;
- Experience in the management of technical projects complete your profile.
