Our client is a global leader in the development and production of photomasks for chip production and the manufacture of integrated circuits. For a client, we are looking a permanent employee as soon as possible, located in a city with over 500.000 inhabitants, in the eastern part of Germany.
The activity includes the following main tasks :
Development of existing processes for the photomask data preparation;
Analysis and optimization of existing photomask design data processes with the objective of compensation of physical effects in the photomask manufacturing;
Cooperation with manufacturers of leading semiconductor products and the internal engineering and production departments;
Implementation of efficient and cost-effective solutions to shorten lead times and reduce possible errors;
Preparation of specifications for the automation of processes with subsequent evaluation of the results;
Participation in and coordination of interdisciplinary teams with internal customers, external suppliers and employees of partner companies as well as close cooperation with the operating departments;
Training of employees and documentation of processes;
Our requirements :
You have a university degree in electrical engineering, computer science, automation technology or a related field - Experience in the semiconductor industry is an advantage.
You have the ability to acquire in short term detailed technical knowledge of complex systems and processes.
Ideally you will have practical experience with Linux / Unix and CAD systems.
You show a high level of customer and process orientation .
You have a keen understanding of quality and awareness.
You are used to independently assume technical responsibility .
You encounter new challenges systematically and analytically.
You have good communication skills ( in English ) and feel comfortable in an international environment .
