We are recruiting for a customer with more than 1,000 employees in 21 national and international locations, activating for over 25 years in the automotive industry, mechanical and plant engineering, medical devices, household appliances and other industries a Head of Design and Development of Security Systems.
Location: Germany, District of Villingen-Schwenningen

Your task:
-Responsibility for the implementation and adaptation of development projects in mechanics and electronics to the requirements of the market.
- Development of the relevant processes in the construction of the security systems.
- Standardization and modularization of safety-related parts and assemblies.
- successfully completed Bachelor of Engineering degree in Precision Mechanics, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- at least 5 years of relevant professional and management experience in the construction or development field of activity.
- good knowledge of the material and production-oriented design.
- very good knowledge of sustainable construction of design-oriented products and also in dealing with 3D CAD systems.
- Good knowledge of English language is a must. Good knowledge of German language is a plus.
- Creativity, assertiveness and leadership skills.
