The client:
My client is the worldwide leading expert in contact center services, present in 51 countries, servicing over 75 markets. To support the growing of the customer service and technical support team they are looking for German speakers for entry level roles in their multilingual division based in Goerlitz.
The position
As a Customer Service Agent you will:
• Provide requests in field of IT and mobile network services via phone.
• Investigate customers issue and provide distinguished solutions.
• Work effectively with other team members to provide support for customers.
